Flight-grade Electronics

Most avionics programmes stall before the aircraft ever flies. Our electronics make sure yours gets off the ground.

Flight-grade Electronics

Good electronics don't just perform. They make programmes fly.

An aircraft can be well-conceived, well-funded, and technically sound, and still lose months to the electronics. Power management that doesn't perform under real thermal loads. Sensor integration that works in the lab and degrades in the field. Flight control hardware that passes early testing and fails under sustained vibration.

These aren't failures of ambition. They're failures of specialisation. Aerospace electronics is a discipline in its own right, and most programmes either underestimate it or can't afford to staff it properly. Our electronics get uncrewed aircraft into the air and keep them there.

Custom hardware. Aerospace standards. No unnecessary overhead.

Our electronics capability was built to support WHIPPET and MASTIFF through the full development cycle, from early prototype to flight-ready hardware. The same capability is available to partners.

Custom printed circuit board (PCB) design and embedded systems across power distribution, sensor integration, and flight control architectures. Every design is built to perform in the environments aerospace actually produces: sustained vibration, thermal cycling, electromagnetic interference, and the weight and form factor constraints that make consumer-grade solutions non-starters.

Designed for what happens after the lab

A component that performs on a bench tells you very little. We design for the conditions that follow: the heat buildup during sustained flight, the vibration profile of a vectored-thrust transition, and the power-demand spikes that come with eVTOL propulsion systems.

Manufacturability and testability are built into every design from the start, not engineered in retrospect. That matters when a programme needs to produce hardware at volume, and when a fielded system needs to be diagnosed and maintained without specialist support on the ground.

Part of a broader capability. Available independently.

Our electronics work sits within a broader design and development programme that spans airframes, autonomous systems, and ground infrastructure. When you engage in electronics, you aren't buying a component service. You're accessing a team that understands how the hardware fits into the full system, because we build the full system ourselves.

For programmes that need flight-grade embedded systems without standing up the capability internally, that context is the difference between hardware that integrates cleanly and hardware that creates problems downstream.

If your programme needs aerospace-standard electronics, let's talk.

Our landing systems are engineered to the same standards as our aircraft: thermal tolerance, vibration resistance, and a design philosophy that prioritises testability and long-term maintainability over complexity.
Integration with third-party platforms is built in from the start. If your fleet already flies, the system is designed to support it.
