PULSHN has been prequalified for a federal Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada research and development programme, achieving a competitive score in a highly contested field.

This milestone is a meaningful external validation of where we are as a company. Prequalification reflects the depth of our team's technical capability and our capacity to deliver sensing and autonomy solutions that meet real end-user requirements.
"A competitive score in a competitive programme tells you something meaningful about the quality of the work. We're pleased with the result and focused on what comes next."
Phil Kelly, Co-founder and CTO, PULSHN
The programme is connected to MANTA, our maritime intelligence layer. MANTA is designed around a distinctive architecture that places the operational environment at the centre of its decision-making, rather than treating environmental data as an input to be processed after the fact. It's a different way of thinking about maritime autonomy, and one we believe addresses gaps left by existing approaches.
We're grateful for the support of Invest Ottawa, Thales, Export Development Canada, and Carleton University as we continue to develop and validate PULSHN's capabilities.
PULSHN will exhibit at the International Aerospace Innovation Forum on April 13 and 14 at the Palais des congrès de Montréal, hosted by Espace Aéro, showcasing WHIPPET alongside our broader technology programme.
