Gem spent a decade at the UK Ministry of Defence leading international negotiations, capability strategy, finance, and portfolio management at programme level. She knows how large defence and government procurement works from the inside, and she built PULSHN with that understanding at its foundation.
Her background also spans geospatial engineering, environmental science, and five years working alongside technical founders to bring software products to market. At PULSHN, she leads the business with the same rigour she applied to national-level capability programmes, and the commercial instinct to move faster than the programmes she used to run.
Our founding team has worked at the highest levels of international defence and aerospace, managing national capability programmes, integrating AI and maritime autonomy systems, and contributing to the development of advanced combat aircraft.
